Yaoi is a small orc that lives in the slums of Chicago. He is also far too young to be living the life that he is living, the life of a ‘Shadowrunner’. Or at least, he thought he was a runner. After all, both of his parents were runners.

Yaoi and his friends are hired on by a Mr. Johnson to help protect a neighborhood in Chicago during the blackout. With the gangs, ghouls, creatures, and voices is there any way for a kid, let alone a group of children ranging in age from 7 to 13, survive?
